CANCELLATION POLICY
With at least 60 days’ notice of a cancellation, we will refund your deposit - minus the $30 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation with less than 60 days’ notice prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited. Should we initiate cancellation of a reservation, these forfeiture terms do not apply. We will make an effort to rent the home if you cancel, and will refund your payment up to the maximum of your payment if we do rent it at your reserved time minus $30 for the booking fee.
